We are seeking a high-performing, results-driven fintech sales hunter to drive net-new revenue within the payments and retail technology space. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with no direct reports, focused entirely on building pipeline and closing new business. Director of Sales Benefits and Compensation:

Director of Sales Requirements & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in payments/POS
• Required experience selling payment terminals/hardware
• Required, demonstrated success selling to or through ISVs.
• Proven hunter with a track record of building pipeline and closing net-new business
• Established network within the payments/ISV ecosystem
• Experience managing complex, long-cycle sales from prospecting through close
• Must be an established, hands-on individual contributor with a recent track record of personally carrying quota, building pipeline and closing business. This opportunity is best suited for a career individual contributor rather than someone transitioning from Director-level or senior sales leadership back into an IC role.

Director of Sales Preferred Background & Skills:

• Experience selling software and recurring-revenue solutions
• Experience with VAR, ISO, processor, or channel partnerships
• Strong understanding of payment integrations and technical sales
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
