Food and Beverage Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in a team-leading or management role overseeing food and beverage department in a luxury hotel including banquets, in-room dining and several restaurants
- Proven ability to coach, teach, and develop staff
- Experience in luxury hotels and multi-unit operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Expertise in departmental cohesion and team building
Food and Beverage Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire front office teams to deliver top-tier guest service
- Oversee daily operations of 5 outlets plus the banquet department
- Prepare and manage annual budgets while ensuring team adherence to service standards
- Foster departmental collaboration and maintain a positive workplace culture
