A one-of-a-kind entertainment destination in Buffalo is looking for an experienced Hospitality Manager to take the lead on day-to-day operations. This venue combines quality food and beverage service with live music, private events, and a lively atmosphere that attracts a wide range of guests.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being around people, knows how to build strong teams, and can keep operations running smoothly when the pace picks up.

What We’re Looking For
- Management experience in restaurants, hospitality, entertainment, or a similar setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train, schedule, and develop employees
- Ability to remain organized and composed in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Experience working with Toast POS for scheduling, payroll, and operational functions
- Excellent communication and guest-relations skills
- A hands-on approach to problem-solving and daily operations
- Flexibility to adjust to changing event schedules and business needs
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in hospitality and enjoy working in an environment where no two days are exactly alike. Experience overseeing both restaurant service and special events is a plus.
A background or interest in live music, entertainment, marketing, or event production would be helpful, but the most important qualities are leadership, initiative, professionalism, and a strong commitment to the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct restaurant, bar, and front-of-house operations during regular service, concerts, and private functions
- Manage and develop managers, supervisors, and hourly team members
- Build staff schedules and ensure appropriate coverage for events and service periods
- Recruit new employees and provide ongoing training and coaching
- Address guest concerns and ensure a consistently positive experience
- Monitor labor, inventory, and operating expenses
- Work closely with kitchen, bar, entertainment, marketing, and production teams
- Establish and maintain operating procedures that improve efficiency and service
- Review performance and operational results with ownership on a regular basis
- Identify opportunities to strengthen the team, improve operations, and increase the venue's overall success
