Escrow Assistant – Houston, TX
Join a family-run, independent title company that values teamwork, reliability, and long-term growth. We're looking for an organized, tech-savvy Escrow Assistant to support a fast-paced residential closing team.
Escrow Assistant Benefits and Compensation:
- Base salary: $50,000 to $55,000

Escrow Assistant Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of title/escrow experience preferred; high-volume residential real estate experience may be considered
- File setup and maintenance in title production software
- Ordering payoffs, HOA documents, tax certificates, surveys, and other file requirements
- Scheduling closings and coordinating parties and calendars
- Accurate document preparation and data entry under deadline pressure
- Must be local to Houston and able to work onsite
Escrow Assistant Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience with Qualia or more than one title production platform, and prior exposure to commercial files
- Notary public commission (or willingness to obtain) and prior support experience for a producing Escrow Officer
