Escrow Officer – Houston, TX (Galleria)
Join a family-run, independent title company known for its collaborative culture and reputation for stability in the Houston market. This is a high-priority opening for an experienced Escrow Officer to lead a residential closing desk in our clients' brand-new Galleria office.
Escrow Officer Benefits and Compensation:
- Base salary: $75,000 to $85,000
- Commission: 10% of net premium on personal book of business
- House account commission: 2% of net premium (with $15,000 threshold)
- Additional performance bonus at company discretion, based on profitability

- Additional bonus structure based on owner's discretion and company profitability
Escrow Officer Requirements & Qualifications:
- Active Texas escrow officer license, or ability to become licensed promptly
- 2+ years of recent residential escrow/title experience independently managing a closing desk
- Independently manages residential closings start-to-finish, including CDs/settlement statements, funding, and disbursement
- Strong working knowledge of title commitments, Schedule B requirements, and Schedule C curative items
- Proficient with title/escrow production software
- Clean background and credit history with no unresolved TDI regulatory issues
- Local to Houston and able to work onsite
Escrow Officer Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience with Qualia and/or similar software.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Notary public commission (or willingness to obtain)
- Established Houston-area realtor/lender relationships
- Continuing-education instructor credentials
