Restaurant Manager – Houston, TX

$48K–$56K Base + Bonus | 2 Weeks PTO | Health, Dental & Vision

Are you a hands-on restaurant leader who enjoys developing people, creating a great guest experience, and being part of a strong team? We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to join an established, growing restaurant organization in the Houston area.

Restaurant Manager – What We’re Looking For:

• Restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and team-development skills
• Hands-on operational leadership style
• Passion for hospitality and delivering an excellent guest experience
• Ability to lead shifts, coach team members, and maintain strong operational standards
• Experience with scheduling, inventory, ordering, labor, and cost controls
• Professional, dependable, and accountable leadership approach

Restaurant Manager – What You’ll Do:

You’ll help lead day-to-day restaurant operations while creating an environment where both guests and team members want to be. You’ll support staffing and scheduling, coach and develop employees, maintain food quality and service standards, manage costs and inventory, and help drive overall restaurant performance.
