Restaurant Assistant Manager Requirements:
- Must have recent 4-6 yrs of experience with solid tenure
- We need someone with passion, commitment, and be a foodie
- Hands-on Assistant Manager who can work a room
Restaurant Assistant Manager Qualifications:
- Experience managing a high-volume scratch restaurant
- Strong beverage and wine knowledge
- Strong written and verbal communication with P&L knowledge
