We are looking for the best! We have been one of NYC's most established Restaurant Groups since 1990 in the upscale-casual-fine dining segment. We are looking for a strong Assistant Manager in NYC to join our growing team. We have been in business for over 30 years for a reason because we have a terrific culture and treat our employees like family. Must have strong beverage knowledge and experience working in a fine dining high-volume, full-service concept. Restaurant Assistant Manager Requirements:

  • Must have recent 4-6 yrs of experience with solid tenure
  • We need someone with passion, commitment, and be a foodie
  • Hands-on Assistant Manager who can work a room

Restaurant Assistant Manager Qualifications:

  • Experience managing a high-volume scratch restaurant
  • Strong beverage and wine knowledge
  • Strong written and verbal communication with P&L knowledge
