Restaurant Manager Qualifications
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service or upscale-casual concept
- Experience managing $5M–$10M in annual sales volume
- Proven hands-on leadership style with strong team development skills
- Solid understanding of P&L, labor management, and cost controls
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
