Associate Attorney Roles – New York, NY

Associate Attorney Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive annual base salary ($215,000–$330,000, depending on role and experience)

Associate Attorney Requirements & Qualifications
- For Financial Services Regulatory Enforcement Associate: 5–7 years of regulatory enforcement or investigations experience advising financial institutions or fintech clients
- For Tech and Intellectual Property Litigation Associate: 3–7 years of IP litigation experience with a technical or science background
- For Trademark Associate: 2–5 years of trademark law experience
- For Financial Services Litigation Associate: Minimum 3 years of securities or financial services litigation/arbitration experience
- Admission to practice law in New York (or another relevant jurisdiction as indicated)
Associate Attorney Preferred Background & Skills
- Technical or scientific background for IP Litigation roles
- Experience with federal court practice, ITC, or PTAB proceedings for Tech/IP candidates
- Familiarity working with technology, media, or consumer brand clients for Trademark roles
Associate Attorney Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Represent financial and fintech clients in regulatory investigations, enforcement actions, litigation, or arbitration
- Advise on intellectual property disputes and protect IP assets before courts and administrative agencies
- Support trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement for high-profile technology, media, and consumer brand clients
- Partner closely with experienced counsel to deliver high-quality service on complex, high-stakes matters
