A successful, high-volume restaurant in downtown Minneapolis is looking for an energetic, up-and-coming Front of House Manager who is ready to take the next step in their hospitality career.
You don't need 10 years of management experience for this opportunity. We are looking for someone with a strong restaurant foundation, some leadership experience, and most importantly, the drive, personality, and desire to learn and grow with a great organization.
If you're currently a Restaurant Manager, Service Manager, Shift Manager, Key Manager, or strong hospitality leader who feels ready for more responsibility, we'd love to talk with you.
Compensation & Benefits
- $62,000–$70,000 annual salary

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead Front of House shifts and help keep the restaurant running smoothly
- Be highly visible on the floor and work alongside your team
- Coach, train, and motivate servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff
- Help maintain excellent service, hospitality, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Provide direction and hold team members accountable
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and labor management
- Handle guest concerns and create a great guest experience
- Work closely with kitchen leadership to ensure strong FOH/BOH communication
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Identify problems and help find solutions
- Continue developing your skills as a restaurant leader
Who We're Looking For
- 1–3+ years of restaurant leadership experience preferred
- Full-service restaurant experience is a plus
- Strong Front of House background
- Experience running busy shifts and leading hourly employees
- A hands-on leader who enjoys being on the floor
- Strong communication and people skills
- Coachable and eager to continue learning
- Dependable, energetic, and hardworking
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality and working with people
