Project Manager responsibilities
– Own all project outcomes — Safety, schedule, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction.
– Maintain full responsibility for project gross margin, including proactive cost control
– Protect the scope and margin through proactive change-order management.
– Forecast labor, materials, and subcontractor costs weekly; identify and mitigate variances early.
– Ensures all commitments made to customers are met or exceeded.
