An established upscale restaurant is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to help lead daily kitchen operations and maintain a high standard of culinary execution. This role partners closely with the Executive Chef to develop the team, manage service, and ensure quality and consistency in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on culinary leader who values organization, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Sous Chef Requirements and Qualifications
- 2+ years of culinary leadership experience as a Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or similar role
- Strong background in scratch cooking and high-quality food preparation
- Proven ability to train, coach, and lead back-of-house team members
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, inventory, and kitchen operations
Sous Chef Preferred Background and Skills
- Experience in upscale casual, chef-driven, or fine dining restaurants
- Strong understanding of food cost, labor management, and inventory controls
- Ability to maintain quality and consistency during high-volume service
- Hands-on leadership style with strong communication and organizational skills
