Incredible company is searching for Conference Sales Specialists to drive growth, build relationships with senior decision-makers, and help shape high-impact leadership conferences across the US.
Conference Sales Specialist Requirements:
- Must reside in the EST or CST time zones
- Able to travel domestically, typically 5 times a year
- 2+ years and currently selling conference, event, or sponsorships
- 4+ years of outbound prospecting sales experience
- Stable career progression with strong tenure, showing year-over-year growth at one company
- Experience selling to senior-level decision makers, including C-Suite
- Experience with enterprise-level deals of $50K+
- Strong prospecting, presentation, closing and relationship-building skills
- Full-cycle experience from prospecting through contract execution
- Hunter mentality and proven success with prospecting business
- High-energy, driven, self-motivated and forward-thinking
- High standard of professionalism and integrity
- Proficiency with CRM systems, dashboards, and AI sales tools
Conference Sales Specialist Benefits:
