Are you a hands-on Google Ads expert who loves driving revenue, improving ROAS, and making daily optimization decisions? We're looking for a data-driven paid search specialist who has personally owned and optimized ecommerce campaigns, not simply managed agency relationships. You'll own Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns, manage significant Google Ads budgets, and have a direct impact on growth every day.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Compensation
- Targeting $70K base salary.
- Higher compensation considered for candidates with ecommerce experience managing larger paid media budgets
What You'll Do
- Own and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max
- Manage high five-figure to six-figure monthly paid media budgets with accountability for ROAS, revenue, and customer acquisition
- Develop campaign strategy, bidding, audiences, keyword structures, and asset groups
- Analyze Search Terms Reports, optimize keywords, add negatives, and reduce wasted spend
- Optimize Google Merchant Center, product feeds, and Shopping campaign performance
- Partner with creative and web teams to improve ads, landing pages, and conversion rates
- Report on campaign performance and recommend data-driven optimizations
What You Bring
- 2–4+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience
- Experience managing paid search campaigns for ecommerce, retail, consumer products, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands
- Strong expertise with Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns
- Experience managing high five-figure to six-figure monthly Google Ads budgets
- Expertise in keyword strategy, Search Terms Reports, negative keywords, audience targeting, bid management, and budget optimization
- Experience with Google Merchant Center, product feeds, feed optimization, and conversion tracking
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel or Google Sheets
