Join our team as the Maintenance Mechanic and take full ownership of facility and equipment maintenance in a hands-on manufacturing environment. Reporting directly to the maintenance supervisor, you will inspect, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment and building systems, and set the standard for reliable, safety-conscious maintenance that supports uninterrupted production.**

CNC Maintenance Technician | What You Will Do
- Inspect and identify manufacturing equipment and machinery in need of repair or preventive maintenance
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues and determine the appropriate corrective action
- Plan and execute repair work using building blueprints and equipment manuals
- Perform routine maintenance on building systems to ensure operational reliability
- Communicate safety concerns related to personnel and facility conditions in a timely manner
- Order and manage supplies and materials needed to support ongoing maintenance and repairs
- Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to QMS effectiveness and conformance
CNC Maintenance Technician | What You Bring
- 5 or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on general maintenance experience including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other building systems
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools across a range of maintenance applications
- Ability to read and interpret building blueprints and equipment manuals
- Physical capability to remain on feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude, reliable punctuality, and awareness of quality and safety standards
