We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Assistant General Manager to join a high-volume, upscale casual seafood restaurant in Corpus Christi, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality-driven leader who enjoys being on the floor, developing strong teams, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

The ideal candidate is a confident, energetic leader with experience in high-volume restaurant operations who can balance hospitality, team development, and strong operational execution.

This position requires relocation to Corpus Christi, TX. A relocation package is available.

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Responsibilities

  • Lead daily restaurant operations with a visible, hands-on presence on the floor
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members while creating a positive and accountable culture
  • Maintain high standards for hospitality, food quality, service, cleanliness, and overall guest experience
  • Support scheduling, labor management, inventory, cost controls, and overall operational performance
  • Partner with restaurant leadership to identify opportunities and continuously improve execution
  • Effectively resolve guest concerns while building strong relationships with both guests and team members

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of current salaried restaurant management experience
  • Experience in a high-volume upscale casual, polished casual, or full-service restaurant environment
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant financials, including labor, food costs, inventory, and operational controls
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on leadership style with a genuine passion for hospitality and the guest experience
  • Seafood or scratch-kitchen experience is a plus
  • Ability and willingness to relocate to Corpus Christi, TX
