QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
- Full-service restaurant experience required; casual fine dining experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead busy shifts while maintaining high service standards.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of labor, scheduling, and daily restaurant operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Lead daily front-of-house operations with a hands-on management style.
- Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing service team.
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining high hospitality standards.
- Manage labor, scheduling, and daily financial performance.
- Partner closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless service execution.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture built on accountability and respect.
- Ability to lead and manage busy dinner services while maintaining a strong presence on the floor.
- Must be available to work a dinner-focused schedule.
COMPENSATION
- $65,000–$75,000 base salary
- Performance-based bonus potential of $7K+
- Paid vacation
