Kitchen Manager

We're looking for a hands-on kitchen leader who takes pride in building strong teams, maintaining quality and consistency, controlling costs, and keeping the kitchen running smoothly during busy service. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily BOH operations and ensure consistent execution
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop culinary team members
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Manage food and labor costs while maintaining kitchen efficiency
- Oversee ordering, inventory, prep, and kitchen systems
- Lead by example during high-volume service
- Build a positive, accountable, and team-focused kitchen culture
- Work with restaurant leadership to improve operations and profitability
Requirements
- 2+ years of Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or BOH management experience
- Proven track record of stability and strong tenure
- High-volume, scratch-kitchen experience preferred
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills
- Understanding of food cost, labor management, inventory, and kitchen systems
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Proven ability to lead a busy kitchen and BOH team
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and cost controls
- Ability to maintain quality and consistency during high-volume service
- Comfortable training, coaching, and holding team members accountable
- Strong attention to cleanliness, food safety, and organization
