RESTAURANT MANAGER | NEW RESTAURANT OPENING
$70,000–$75,000 Base Salary + Bonus
We are working with an established and growing hospitality group that is opening a new restaurant in Philadelphia and is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the opening team.
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on manager who enjoys leading a team, maintaining high service standards, and being involved in the day-to-day operation of a restaurant.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of Restaurant Manager or senior hospitality management experience
- Full-service restaurant management experience
- Strong background in guest service and team leadership
- Experience hiring, training, and developing employees
- Understanding of scheduling, staffing, and labor management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Opening experience is preferred but not required
REQUIREMENTS
- Lead daily front-of-house operations
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop the service team
- Maintain consistent service and hospitality standards
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor costs
- Work closely with the culinary and leadership teams
- Assist with pre-opening training and restaurant setup
- Maintain standards for cleanliness, service, and overall restaurant presentation
- Handle guest concerns and service issues professionally
- Be a visible, hands-on leader during service

COMPENSATION
- $70,000–$75,000 base salary
