RESTAURANT MANAGER | NEW RESTAURANT OPENING

$70,000–$75,000 Base Salary + Bonus

We are working with an established and growing hospitality group that is opening a new restaurant in Philadelphia and is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the opening team.

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on manager who enjoys leading a team, maintaining high service standards, and being involved in the day-to-day operation of a restaurant.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of Restaurant Manager or senior hospitality management experience
• Full-service restaurant management experience
• Strong background in guest service and team leadership
• Experience hiring, training, and developing employees
• Understanding of scheduling, staffing, and labor management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Opening experience is preferred but not required

REQUIREMENTS

• Lead daily front-of-house operations
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop the service team
• Maintain consistent service and hospitality standards
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor costs
• Work closely with the culinary and leadership teams
• Assist with pre-opening training and restaurant setup
• Maintain standards for cleanliness, service, and overall restaurant presentation
• Handle guest concerns and service issues professionally
• Be a visible, hands-on leader during service

COMPENSATION

• $70,000–$75,000 base salary
