Urgent Care Provider – NP / PA | Brooklyn, NY
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a growing urgent care practice in Brooklyn.
This is a great opportunity for a provider who enjoys a hands-on clinical environment, wants schedule flexibility, and is looking for a team where they can build a long-term home.
Full-time and per diem schedules are available.

What You'll Do
- Treat pediatric and adult urgent care patients
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat common acute illnesses and conditions
- Manage URI, UTI, flu/COVID, infections, rashes, GI conditions, and other common urgent care cases
- Conduct telehealth visits when needed
- Prescribe medications within scope of practice
- Determine when patients require referral or a higher level of care
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Work collaboratively with physicians, providers, and clinical staff
What We're Looking For
- Active New York NP or PA license
- 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Urgent care, emergency medicine, family medicine, or similar acute-care experience
- Comfortable treating both adults and pediatric patients
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team
Additional Qualification
Active Medicaid/Medicare provider enrollment or Provider ID is strongly preferred. Candidates who otherwise meet the clinical requirements are encouraged to apply.
