A luxury boutique hotel in Orlando is seeking a Corporate, Leisure, & Group Sales Manager to drive revenue across group, MICE, leisure, and transient segments. This role is ideal for a proactive, relationship‑driven sales professional who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and enjoys building business through strategic partnerships, meetings & events, and high‑touch client engagement. Work directly with ownership, influence strategy, and play a key role in expanding the hotel’s footprint within the Orlando market and beyond.
Corporate, Leisure & Group Sales Manager Benefits & Compensation
- Base salary of $90K plus uncapped 10% commissions on all revenue generated (Guest Rooms, Food & Beverage, Meeting Rental, and Spa)

Corporate, Leisure & Group Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications
This role carries an annual revenue target of $1.8M – $2.5M across group, leisure, and transient segments, with strong emphasis on group and leisure development.
- 5+ years of hotel sales experience with responsibility for group, corporate, or MICE business
- Proven success generating revenue through meetings, events, and group travel
- Experience selling transient and leisure segments (travel advisors, agency networks, corporate FIT)
- Strong network within the Orlando and key feeder markets
- Ability to source, negotiate, and close group business independently
- Skilled at building long-term client relationships and managing a full sales cycle
- Strong presentation, communication, and prospecting skills
- Familiarity with Google Docs / Google Workspace for daily reporting, proposals, and collaboration
- Ability to travel for client development, trade shows, and industry events
Corporate, Leisure & Group Sales Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience selling MICE or group business for boutique, lifestyle, or luxury hotels
- Existing relationships with corporate planners, DMCs, meeting planners, and travel agencies (Virtuoso, Signature, Ensemble, or Internova)
- Experience representing hotels at luxury travel trade shows, sales missions, and client events
- Strong understanding of Orlando’s corporate, association, and group market landscape
Corporate, Leisure & Group Sales Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Drive revenue across group, MICE, leisure, and transient segments
- Source, negotiate, and close group business (corporate meetings, social groups, small conferences, incentive travel)
- Build and expand relationships with corporate planners, DMCs, travel advisors, and agencies
- Respond to RFPs, prepare proposals, and manage contracting
- Conduct site inspections, client tours, and planning meeting
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and sales missions
- Collaborate with ownership and leadership to align sales, marketing, and revenue strategies
- Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Host FAMs, advisor events, and client experiences
